Town Center Fireworks July 2 in Hamden

July 4th is the time for picnics with family and friends. And, of course fireworks. The Hamden Connecticut fireworks display is always a popular way to spend July 4th. This year the fireworks extravaganza is scheduled for Friday, July 2, 2010 at Town Center Park. Fireworks are planned to start when it gets dark around 9:20 p.m.
The music at this year’s show will be amazing. The U.S. Airforce Band of Liberty, will be performing. This huge 45 person band will kick off the highly anticipated summer concert series at 7:30 p.m. In case of rain the concert will move to the Hamden High School auditorium and the fireworks show will be delayed til Saturday, July 3.
