New Haven Restaurant Week Coming in April

Go ahead and mark your calendars and make plans to eat out every single night between April 18th – 23rd. These are the dates of the upcoming New Haven Restaurant week. New Haven is well known for being home to a myriad of different annual cultural events, festivals and, of course, Yale University. The vibrant atmosphere attracts world renowned acts and the makes the city full of life all the time. Well, to keep up with this remarkable reputation, the restaurant scene is just as elegant and eclectic with signature restaurants that range from classic American fare to Cuban, Spanish, Thai and more. Anyone that can call this remarkable city home, like residents at the New Haven apartments of Seramonte and Montoya, should feel very fortunate indeed.
Well, the city has so many famous dining destinations that it is hard to be able to try them all, not to mention hard on your finances. For this reason, you need to take advantage of New Haven Restaurant Week because you can try some of the city’s most popular restaurants at discounted price.
The 2010 New Haven Restaurant Week has 27 award-winning and internationally diverse restaurants participating. During the week, each restaurant features a three-course, prix fixe menu that typically consists of an appetizer, entree and dessert. Many participating restaurants are open for both lunch and dinner. The prix fixe lunch menu is priced at $16.38 (priced for the year New Haven was founded) and only $29 for the dinner menu.
