Shoreline Train Show in Branford

Have you always had a special fascination for trains? Or can your little ones just not get enough of Thomas the Train? Or, do you not have any plans for Saturday, January 9th? The go ahead and make plans for you and the entire family to attend the annual Shoreline Train Show in Branford. The 2010 event will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at The United Methodist Church of Branford located at 811 East Main Street, Branford from 9 am to 3 pm.

Whether you are a train connoisseur or a novice, you are sure to be entertained at the Train Show. For the shoppers out there, take your time perusing the many vendors that will be selling apparel, crafts and other locomotive-related items. There will be three operating layouts, S gauge, O gauge and HO gauge. This show is for all ages, and there will be door prizes every hour. If you get hungry, don’t worry because food will be served throughout the day.

The minimum donation for adults is $4.00 and seniors(60+) is $3.00, of course if you would like to give more, you are more than welcome to. Children under 12 years are free. The church is wheelchair accessible and the snow date will be January 16, 2010.
